I have spent many hours on the phone this past week trying to sort out the muddle that att have made of my accounts.Today I finally thought I had it sorted when a patient young lady helped me set up a new ID and Password for my AT&T account.Imagine my frustration when I tried to log in to My ATT only to be informed that I had logged into my Directtv account.So,I then tried to log in to my Dtv account only to be told that it was not recognised.I have had nearly enough of this and am regretting changeing to Att.Please try and get it together or I wiil soon be an ex customer.Oh one other thing,this morning they cut off my services because I was a week behind with a bill I didn't know I had,fortunately the aforementioned patient young lady had it restored for me.
