I'm trying to log onto the app to pay our bill. I have an error message FPWDRO3 when I try to get a temporary password sent to my phone. I've tried calling but I keep getting sent back to the beginning of the automated choices and never get an actual person. This is the second month we've had this issue. My husband called last month to fix a password issue and we were told we can use the online service again. I don't understand this. All I want is to pay our bill. We have to have these phones for business.
