Why aren't my individual usage details showing all my text messages anymore?

For the past few years I have always looked into the usage details (full site) to see who my children were texting and at what hours. I haven't checked in maybe a couple months and I recently noticed a huge change in the amount of numbers coming thru that were text. I even double checked my own usage and for two days it did not show even one of my text messages and I definitely text those two days. All of my phone calls are showing up under talk but only select phone numbers which I believe arent iPhones are showing up under text and that's it ... nothing else. Everyone on my plan has always used imessaging, we all text each other a lot and those calls have always shown up too but not anymore. If you looked at my bill you wouldn't even know that any of us text each other at all. Not that that is important but just a detail that is missing that used to be there before. Nobody can give me an explanation besides saying iMessages don't show which I know for a fact they always have before. Did something change ? That's all I want to know because it's definitely different now and way less practically no text info .... but Ive talked to about five ATT customer service reps who were not able to tell me why or even say they thought it was changed. Can anyone shed some light on this I know something is different trust me I've been looking at this one option for years. So frustrated
