I started receiving phone calls from Credence approximately 2 weeks ago. The representative says his name is "Ken [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]" and identifies he is with Credence. He barely speaks ENGLISH!!!!! He says is this TINA ....., my wife, and I say NO...he continues on like he doesn't understand a word I'm saying....this is absurb! How can a company like AT&T hire a third party collection agency that outsources its collection calls from India! Please have this collection agency stop calling me and my wife immediately and take some responsibility for who you hire....make sure that they can comminicate in ENGLISH! I will be glad to discuss this matter with a representative that speaks clear ENGLISH!
