My husband is ill. Our bill goes through the bank. I have no idea what we are being charged for. I have chatted until I'm blue in the face, and tried to get in to the online account I'm told we have but they can't help because....... blah blah. I cannot contact these people. I guess I'll just stop the auto payment, and let them contact me. Frustrating, and to think I was thinking about changing to Direct TV, etc. No way. We're old, and even though I try to write down passwords and all, I lose where I put it. ATT, are you listening????
