Can only access profile on account!

I can't access any other information on myatt landing page. I can sign in OK, it  says welcome (myname). But when I try to click on overview, or my plan, or my usage, I get "oops, your sign in can only access your profile." It then takes my back to the Welcome (myname) page!. Very frustrating. I want to see what upgrades are available to me, but this has been such a headache that I'm seriously thinking of switching to another carrier. Yes, I've tried other browsers, and changed my user ID and password-nothing.
