LGN0817 logging in error

I have tried many things but the issue,

is not my phone or other phones that i have used trying to verify if i can log in, 

is not the myatt app version, 

is not my wifi at home, 

is not my data that i use when im not at home when not using wifi, 

is not the computers and tablets that i also tried to use to log in, 

is not the cookies that i have cleared from every browser that i have used in my phone, 

is not the cache that i have cleared on the myatt app or data, 

is not uninstalling the app and reinstalling it,

Is not everything that i have tried to solve the problem with the log in issue to myatt app.


I have been very patient in this issue and all the calls that i have made to solve this. 


I have done everything that technicians/customer representative told me to do.


The issue is something in my account that is turned on that prevents me to log in to the myatt app and you guys doesn't know how to fix it.


I have been your customer maybe for more time that you are in att as employee. 


It's embarrassing that the 1st mobility company, I think,  can't resolve this little issue, its supposed to be that you guys have experts in tecnology, engineering, etc.. 

 

So, Mr. Randall, please contact the best expert when i say the best is the best in your company to solve my issue and i will be very thankful for this. Please do not refer my case to a customer representative because I have spoken more with your company for the last 3 months trying to solve this issue than i have spoken with my family. 

 

I want a result to my issue.
