My mother and I recently switched to At&t. We made the ID to log into the account this past Thursday (7/20) but haven't been able to log in since. Any time we try it tells us it is retrieving our account info, loads a page with "passthrough" in the URL and than before showing anything on the page it kicks us back to the log in page with no reason why. We've tried multiple times, different web browsers, using the phones browser, the app, deleting the cookies on the browsers, and changing the password and still it kicks us out. The app also does the same, we log in, it attempts to retrieve than kicks us back with no reason. We need to look into our account and this is preventing us. Can anybody help?
