When I try to log in, why is IT'S ALMOST TIME! YOU DESERVE THE NEWEST OF THE NEW! blocking access?

I spent quite a long time earlier this evening regaining access to an account. Now I try to log in and the page changes to 

IT'S ALMOST TIME! YOU DESERVE THE NEWEST OF THE NEW! Apparently about the new iPhone? Why should I be blocked because of this?
