I have AT&T U-verse for about a year now and have loved it; so, in June I decided to switch my wireless over to AT&T as well. Switching was a huge mistake as I have not been able to log into my account since June because of this error message. I have called four or five times as well as going into the store to get help NO LUCK. Because of the Equifax hack our credit card on file was deactivated; So now, When I try to go and change My billing information I can't login, I can't view my bill, and I can't see anything in my account. If this issue does not get resolved AT&T will not be paid and I will switch my services to different company.
"This type of problem usually lasts only a few minutes but may continue for several hours" IS A COMPLETE LIE TRY FOUR MONTHS.
