I have always had At&t wireless and Uverse(phone/tv/internet) for almost 10 years! I called customer service on 9/14 to cancel my Uverse because of so many outages lately, the last time was for over 8 days! The rep offered me a deal combining all my services if I went with DirectTV for 24 months and it would cut my wireless bill in half, plus I would have everything on one bill. The rep told me I would maintain all the same channels I had with ATT UVerse, after getting everything installed found out the rep lied. I did not get the premium channels I previously had. I was told they would give me three month of premium channels and then they would increase by $59 per month!!! I received something two months ago stating my combined billing was done. After looking at the bill I notice my wireless is not on there. I got a wireless bill today for almost $100 more than I was originally paying! Since October I have been paying more. I was on the phone with At & t and DirecTV with the most unprofessional lying representative for almost a week! Any suggestions on how to get this resolved? I feel like canceling everything and just paying the termination fees! AT&T is not the company it once was and customer service does not mean much!
