I am in california, they let someone order a phone on my account due to giving my information away with the Equifax hack. I have been on hold for 7 total hours the last two days, never been able to talk to a fraud person. The community guy here i don't trust, as why would i send my personal info to someone who i dont know is actually the person who fraudulently ordered the iphone to somewhere in massachusetts. This is ridiculous, my job is in jeopardy because i cant actually get through to get this taken care of and they are only open during my work hours. this is insane, ATT sure doesnt care about me as a customer or my private information apparently. This is terrible and the world is about to know about it.
