I am overseas in Japan on a temporary basis and unable to sign in to my AT&T app on my smartphone, nor am I able to sign in online on my laptop. I'm using Wifi here. I can sign in to all other business accounts I have on both my phone and my laptop...just not any AT&T products. My smartphone (that I purchased from AT&T) is currently in a military suspension status, so no cellular service is active on this particular line at this time. However, I have another phone active on my account by an individual in the mainland U.S. who has no problems accessing the account on the app or online.
Having no account access here is not only a significant disappointment, it's also an incredible inconvenience. Simply paying my phone bill alone will be a problem, as AT&T is seemingly telling people that travel overseas that they want them to pay their bill, but they don't want to provide them the normal/common sense means to do so. Looking for guidance on how best to regain my account access while stationed overseas.
