Cannot access wireless bill online--possible combined billing issue

Hi, I had U-Verse and my wireless on combined billing for a number of years.  I recently dropped U-verse and switched to Directv in the last year or so.  I set up my directv log on and can log-in and see and pay my directv bill without issue.  However, when I log into my AT&T account, it no longer takes me to my combined billing account (which makes sense because I only have wireless now) and takes me to my wireless account.  I can manage devices, plans, etc. However, it says that I have not yet received my first bill and I cannot access my billing history. This is not correct as I get bills every month.  It has not been a huge issue up until recently when my credit card was stolen and now I need to log-in and update my autopay to a new card.  I have spent hours on the phone with customer service but they just keep having me try to re-add my combined billing account or something similar.  None of these steps have made my bill show up online.  Eventually they get frustrated and tell me they are going to transfer me up the chain to someone who is going to help where I invariably just get dropped and placed back to the automated menu.  

 

Any help would be appreciated.
