I have reached out to ATT and no one seems to know or understand what the problem is or how to fix it.
I have nicknamed some phone numbers so that when you view the text logs I know who is texting my daughter. BEFORE the nicknames were on the current AND previous text logs. NOW, since last week when you view the past text logs the nicknames are NOT showing up. The numbers show up as numbers and not are not nicknamed. However, if you look at the CURRENT text logs the nicknames are there.
It has been escalated 2 times now and still no answer. No one in customer service understands what I am saying.
