I need to log in to my account to cancel my autopay since I moved out of the country. I tried logging in on my phone app and also through my laptop, but the site doesn't recognize my ID. I had my info saved and always logged in with the same credentials so I am not sure why this is happening. I tried clicking "forgot ID" to see if I could change something, but when I input my email to recover it, the site didn't even recognize my email! I have no clue how to log in. Why is at&t no longer recognizing my email or ID?
