I've been dealing with this issue of accessing to my account since last Friday (five days ago). The temporary passwords don't work. The error message is LU100.
I spent more than 80 minutes last friday on the phone with customer service, a supervisor, etc . I spent another 40 minutes with att chat customer service and nobody was able to help me. Yesterday, I was on the phone for more than one hour again. I was transferred to different techs which I had to introduce myself and telling them the issue again and again and unfortunately nobody was able to resolve the problem.
Last thing I heard yesterday from Digital Assistance Center is that the error was technical error. They opened a case to assign it so someone and to fix the issue, and they said someone will call me. The ticket number is 148900000977 .
Unfortunately, nobody has called me yet and I still can get into my account.
I really hope someone can resolve this error. I hope someone sees this message, contacts me and helps me.
