Re-Register User ID bad experience

I tried to login to my online account only to find that I cannot login and my account was disabled.

 

So I contacted chat representative, and she inform me that there is a need to re-register the account.

I follow her intruction only to find out that I stuck at Security Question pull down. Turn out that this is not compatible with Firefox and have to use IE to get it done.

Totally inconvenience. AT&T must be pay a cheap webmaster for this.

 

Upon tracing back my email, I saw the email regarding re-register on 4/7 in my inbox, but at least AT&T can also send a text message reminder to people who doesn't open their email everyday.

And why dont AT&T put the words in the email that the re-registration process only works on IE.

 

Definitely my worst moment with AT&T yet.
