The server at cprodmasx.att.com is taking too long to respond.

Tried logging into either of my accounts (Direct TV, Uverse, Wireless), and keep getting the same error "The server at cprodmasx.att.com is taking too long to respond."  Called AT&T and got absolutely no help.  The information the last representative gave me was that the Computer Engineers were doing something to the website and my accounts may not have been added yet?  So, my question was why wasn't I as a customer notified about this?  We as customers just have to suffer through this?  This has been going on for a week now, where I cannot access the accounts.
