I have spent close to four hours over three days, with seven different support agents, on chat while they failed to get my problem solved.
Problem: I only have an ATT wireless account that I know of but am told I have two accounts - a wireless account and a "unified" account which includes a DirecTV account that I am not aware of, In any event, no one seems to be able to access the wireless account (agents or me). I can access the unified account but not any of the information. No statements, no profile, nothing except usage.
My auto billing is going to an expired credit card but I have no way to access my account and update. I also have no way of finding out my account balance or the information needed to have my bank make payments.
I would appreciate it if this could be addressed as soon as possible, Please send me the information on how to communicate wireless and account numbers and any other information you may need,
