"My At&t" app is GARBAGE!!!!!

Why can't a multi billion dollar company have a working app to check your Ballance, data use, and make a payment???? I don't understand why I have to reset my password every single time I want to login to my account and change a feature or review my data use!! The data widget looks pretty cool and it would be super convenient to have it on my phone background so I can see how much data I have used. The only problem is that the app fails to recognize my password and I have to end up requesting a temporary one in order to reset it. I started this new number on October the 8th and the app refuses to work correctly the entire time!!!!! This is such a pain and it looks bad for a company to not give a $hi# about their customers. The website works correctly and seems to have ZERO issues with my login credentials. I seriously think all of the customers who have this issue should be accommodated in some way!! I'm not one to gripe about small things but this is a pretty big issue. Calling customer support or 611 will get you no where because they always refer you to the website, however the website is not linked to the app and won't allow you to use the atnt all access app or the data widget. Lord have mercy At&t you are looking extremely incompetent with this one...GET IT FIXED OR IM MOVING TO A COMPETITOR!!!!!!!  😠
