Crappy Customer service

I called Tuesday night because I had accidnetly chose the wrong date on the automatic split payment for the first payment. I chose that day the 6th and didn't catch it till I hit save. I needed it to be the 9th. So I was on the phone with you guys between customer support and collections because that's who can alter payment dates is what I was told for 23 minutes. I explained my situation. I am not getting paid until the 9th so I needed the date changed or I would be overdrawn. The lady said ok. She then told me that she had to cancel the payments (both) and that I would have to log back in on the 9th to make the payment. I said ok. I asked if both were cancelled and she said yes. I got a confirmation txt and email. Well today I check my bank account and this morning the payment was drawn out causing my account to be overdrawn, which cost me additional $35 in fees because you guys got it wrong. I understand my payment is late but I have had some financial difficulties as of late and it sure didn't help that I was charged an additional $35 I don't have because of a mistake on your part. I tried to correct my mistake when I entered the wrong date by calling customer service. I am just saying that this is ridiculous! One more day and the funds would have been there.
