I requested a temporary password to be sent to me by mail and it says on the letter that, a temporary password has been issued for your AT&T Multiprod online account and then it goes on telling me to log into my account at att.com/customerservice using my User Access ID and temporary password , well when I get on the login screen them it's telling me to use my wireless number and password, not the temporary password, anyone have a solution to this.
