I've had smart limits on the teen's line for several months now but only recently I noticed that calls are still coming in well into the night time restriction period. I've called several times but no one seems to be able to help me. The school hour restriction period works perfectly fine, and I have the night time set up for 10pm-5am, yet I see calls coming in at 11pm-1am that last over 20 mins. Is there something going on? Is there a point to continue to pay for this?
