I recently had a fraud attempt on my card that my bank caught. Since my card was cancelled I cut it up at the bank when a new card was ordered. My auto refill was naturally declined and I got online to attempt to change my payment method. It keeps telling me that my password was recently changed and it needs to validate my account with my saved payment method in order to reach that area of my account. I don't have that number anymore. I called and made a payment online and the person who took it said to try in a few days and that it shouldn't say that anymore. It still does. How can I update and change my payment method for my auto refill when I can't reach it? I tried to call, but couldn't understand the person, and somehow lost connection so decided to try this method to reach an answer instead of that way. Any ideas how to fix this? I hate to have to keep calling and paying when the auto refill is so much easier!
