Why my account is locked? I can't see my bill.

I sign in with correct ID and password for both my wireless and U-verse, both the system show "the id and password combination does not match our files."(LU001) and(LU00015)
I need to unlock my account, check and pay my bill.
Please reply ASAP. Thank you.
