I Wanna know my ID Account

HI! 

I'm going to switch and transfer my number the company to T-mobile. And I gave them my account but it doesn't work! It's error. I use gophone so my account ID should be my phone number but it doesn't work. So, I wanna know my real Account ID and Password for my account.
