I cannot log into my account because ATT changes or does not recognize my password. Happens too often.
Once again, I could not access, asked through email for a reset, that code did not work. Spoke to live reps, they coiuld do nothing including another invalid reset code. Told me to call back in 30 minutes, when the office that could help would open........ called 45 minutes later and the automated system was closed. I would have to wait two hours.
What abysmal customer service!!! A 365/24 company with seervice suppport not available most of the time. Not the first bad service from att, it started with selling a defective phone that failed in 20 hours due to their programming. Then they tried to blame me.
I have already started to change carriers.... ATT is back to the old Bell adage "we don't care, we don't have to"!!
