I upgraded my phone just before I began having this problem. I verified that my user id/pw are correct. I even reset my password. II cannot login from any pc, mac, mobile device on any browser.
One final time I opened a clean profile in Chrome to see if cache/cookies were causing an issue, (even though I didn't think so.):
- Navigated to www.att.com and clicked Log in.
- URL displays: https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute
- I enter my credentials and get redirected to:
https://www.att.com/olam/IdentitySuccessAction.olamexecute?reportActionEvent=A_LGN_LOGIN_SUB&loginSource=olam
Almost immediately, the following message displays and has for the past two weeks:
We are enhancing your online experience, and myAT&T is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you need immediate assistance, please contact customer service at:
Wireless: 800.331.0500 or 611 from your wireless phone
U-verse, Phone and Internet: 800.288.2020
During this time, hold times may be longer than normal.
So, I dialed 611 and the representative was unable to assist me, nor was she able to forward me to technical support for website/mobile site access issues.
