Stolen phone and no access to online account

 Hello!

 

I recently purchased an AT&T prepaid sim card whilst travelling in America for two months. On the suggestion of the AT&T salesperson, I set up auto top up so that I would automatically be charged on the second month of usage. Unfortunately, while I was overseas my phone got stolen.

 

I did not get a chance to set up my online account before the phone was stolen and now I cannot do it because the new code is sent to the phone which I no longer have access to since it was stolen and I cannot get a new sim because I am now home in Australia. I don't think I will be able to contact customer support without being charged international fees.

 

My problem is that I am going to continue being charged unless the account is cancelled. I am wondering how I can cancel the account and auto top up???
