Hello!
Recently I was trying to log into my account on the phone app to pay for the monthly bill but it asked me to reset the password for some reasons. So I went through the process by clicking `Forgot password`and it was supposed to send me an email with a temporary password. However, I've never received any email. Since I am not in the US currently, I am unable to choose the option of receiving it by text. Can someone help please?
