Wireless Discount

In May I moved my two phones from my daughter's account (she is getting married) to AT&T Unlimited Choice plan (I thought this was the same service she had been receiving).  I was told if I bundled this with my Uverse bundled account, I would get a savings of $25. First they said I had to create a Wireless Account in order to bundle and then after I received my first bill they could do it.  My first bill shocked me (May 3-5: $199.92).  I called and they said I was being charged with two different plans and it would be corrected.  They gave me a $71 recurring discount and said my bill should be around $128 per month. I very specifically asked because I'm on a budget.  The next bill was Jun 6-Jul 5: $160.06 and they gave me only a $15 courtesy discount. Now for Jul 6-Aug 5: $187.07.  The ATT "Assistants" say "everything" is correct.  I applied for my Navy employee (retired) discount and was told I would receive it.  The only discount I see on my bill is for "unlimited plans".  I do not see my employee plan discount or anything else reducing my bill back to the $128.  Every time I talk or text to an "assistant" my circumstances seem to get worse.  Now I am directed to an "automated" assistant, so I guess ATT is now refusing to do anything about all these promises.  My husband has wanted to get rid of ATT for sometime and I have been the hold out.  Once I had my Uverse bundle static at a budgeted plan, I was happy to stay with ATT.  Now since I have transferred my phones, I have had nothing but trouble with the billing.  The first bill was for 3 days and look at the charges, outrageous.  If this cannot be resolved to my satisfaction, I have no choice but to start looking for Wireless service some where else.  I have been a loyal customer, but I guess ATT does not care about that. I want to know why I cannot get the promised discounts.
