ONCE again locked out and in loop! Still on hold.

I went to sign in. It kept my user ID. Save password and enable Touch ID was on. It refused to take it. I ended up locked out. I called. After searching forever for a chat option. I got a text message saying to click the link to reset.

this time, it said there was no record for my phone number (user id) and my last name.  I have had att since my first cell phone in the 1990’s, when it was also Cingular for a while. And before that, I had att since it was pacific bell.... 

but once again I am locked out. And they say I do not have an account 

you would think that wanting to give them money would be easier. I just need to change my payment info.... new cards.

unless they want to charge me an extra fee for being late?
