I am no longer able to login to my AT&T wireless account. The website takes my login and password but then a screen pops up stating that additional identification is required. It shows the last four digits of the cellphone number that the verification code is to be sent. I select the button to have a code sent to me but I never receive a text with the code. I can not access my account to pay my wireless bill. I have called AT&T four times and after being transfered a couple of times, I am placed on ignore (what they call hold) for up to 30 minutes at which time I hang up.
