Again as so many others have described, I am not receiving the 2FA codes sent to my phone whenever I try to sign into my account, website or using the app. This is now completely unacceptable as this is totally on AT&T. The website and app do not work. I can't even look at my bills. When calling the unhelpful reps at AT&T I am told my only option is to reset my password. That's just not good enough. Submit a ticket to fix your system or remove 2FA from my account. I am tired of having to call you every time I want to manage my account
