Just like a few others, I also am having an issue with the myAT&T app. It used to show a loading screen and tell me to wait forever but now it just shows a blank screen. I can go to support and it’ll load support but it won’t load the actual account services part. I can’t see my bill or when it’s due and I do not receive a mailed statement. How can I view my account through the app again?
PS- I have deleted the app and reinstalled and it still does not work. This has been going on for months.
