Ever since AT&T updated their website (sometime in May?), I have not been able to see my bill, pay my bill, see my usage, or do ANYTHING through the APP or online. I have spent over 5 HOURS on the phone since May, trying to get this issue fixed.
I am told: “you have a combined account”, “you do NOT have a combined account”, “you have two account numbers”, “you do NOT have two account numbers”, “we are aware of problems accessing accounts”, “we are NOT aware of any problems accessing accounts”, “your issue has been escalated to our technical team”, “you should be able to access your account in 48 hours”
ok- so its been 5 days since my last call...this is ridiculous!
