I'm travelling outside the US and I wanted to check usage to make sure nothing unusual was happening in the account. Everytime I try to access the account I get the same error message that the password is not recognized. I have no way to access any support from the usual AT&T chats. I don't know any numbers to call and also nothing is posted as in the help menus. Any tips on this?

Verify your account with pin number via text problem...
I am not happy with the new added security feature when trying to log in online to my account. It asks me to have a special code texted to me to verify that it's really me however, when I choose my phone number I do not get the text message, EVER! Everyone else on the account can get the message but me. I have called AT&T countless number of times over the last 2 months when this was implemented but they just can't figure out why I am not getting the message and can't fix it. Anyone else having this issue? Their solution is to disturb the other people on my plan and have them give me the "special" pin number which is absolutely absurd!

How do I separate my phone and tablet, that I am still making payments on, from my ex's account

Phone wants to stop working because the whatever plan I'm using only says my data is all used
This phone is a J260A this is what I think the rep did and my brother was on the call also, is set it up with a partial month of 2 GB but pushed an incorrect code so that my old phone
with my new phone with it syncing together but not w/AT&T at all. W is that sorta what happened?

I was wondering how to find the right cellphone on the AT&T postpaid carrier website to use.

I change internet service. My email was cancelled. I can’t log to my cellular account now.
I tried placing my password till I ran out of chances. I called att and told them I can’t get into my cellular account, and since the email I have with the account is no longer working, I can’t see when they send me a temporary password.
I call and and told them my problem, and I was lied to again and again. They told they were going to change my old email to the new one so that I can get a temp password sent to it. But it has been a few hours and the email has not changed at all.
I hate when people do not seem to respect you or value your concerns. I felt like they were laughing at my face!
This is is very frustrating, I am glad I unlocked my iPhone and I no longer use att with it.
I think I am going to throw away my att SIM card and go with Version for my iPad as well!
