Hello, I am getting an error message and code L354 when trying to access MyAT&T from my home WIFI System. The wifi is working correctly, I have to turn the wifi off on the phone and then MYAT&T connects. Please help. Thanks.

SCAM VIA MAIL
I received a letter in the mail today, the letter states my online account is locked and I need to call 877-285-0144 to resolve the issue. I called the number, it seems legit, though it really seemed like a scam. They kept asking for my account information and I refused to give it to them. The return address is a p.o. Box in Florida. Its safe to assume, I am not the only one that has received a letter, I want people to know before they are taken advantage of.

What's wrong with my internet?
No matter what site I go to, it keeps taking me to https://myatt-wg.att.com/UverseAccount.html. But for some reason, sites like Google, YouTube and a couple of others work. What gives?

I must reset password to log into My AT&T account
In order to log into My AT&T account, I always have to reset my password. The problem logging in is the same on Safari and Firefox browers. I cannot log back in to my account without resetting my password again. Why?

I can not access my APP online bill. I keep getting an L354 error and this is the only way I check and pay my bill. Already uninstalled and reinstalled and did not solve problem. Please help

Log-in ID is wrong
I canceled my comcast.net address months ago. I changed the AT&T ID FROM *****@comcast.net TO *****@gmail.com, also months ago. Today, AT&T changed my ID back to the comcast address, which is wrong, and I can no longer get into my AT&T info.
Please change my ID back to gmail.com and leave my password the same.

Can't view my bill
I am the main account user for my line and every time I try to view my bill on the AT&T app it says I am only able to view my profile with the current ID. I have tried both my cell number and my login 'name' ID and nothing works. Would just like to manage my bill online and getting super frustrated. Please help.

AT&T home page keeps prompting to update my profile's email address
Every single time I log into att.com to pay my bill, check on services, or do anything really, the first page I get is a form asking me to update my email address on my profile. My email hasn't changed in 20 years and it certainly hasn't changed since the last time I logged into att.com. I cannot navigate past this page as none of the links work and loading a deeper page from a bookmark just redirects me to this form.
What's worse is it doesn't matter what I put in the two boxes as my profile doesn't get updated with the email address, even if it's a bogus one.
So how do I get att.com to stop asking me for something it apparently doesn't even care about every time I visit?

Usage history terminology "Terminating" or "Originating"
My usage history list labels each call or text with either "TERMINATING" or "ORIGINATING" If the call or text was originating, does that mean I made the call and/or sent the text? Or does terminating mean I sent or called?

Data charges for mobile

Ya'll charge me $15 for 1 GB added to my data , I only use 143mb out of it. I see that my data went back to 5gb, is that suppose to be 5gb or 5gb with what's roll over from the 1gb I am to pay $15 for. Look if you all ain't put on my remainder from my 1gb please do not, I repeat do not add no more GB to my bill if my data usage run out cut the internet whatever but do not add anymore 15$ 1gb to my bill I never authorized y'all to do that anyways.😡 that's ridiculous , I need the remainder of my 1gb added to my data

Need off my ex husbands plan
My ex husband and I are on a plan together. It's under his name and I am a authorized user of the account. We do not have any contact and are on complete different sides of the state. I am trying to figure out how to get out from under his plan. I spoke to my local att store and they said he would have to approve it. How am I supposed to get him to approve it if we DO NOT speak???

Online Account Access
When I try to register my online account, it tells me due to security concerns that I have to call for help, it won't send me a passcode to finish my rgistration. When I do, they tell me that I have to be a customer for 30 days before I can sign up for an online account. It would also help if customer support wasn't outsourced to India and the people on the other end of the phone could understand English. How do I view or pay my paperless bill if I can't get online to see it. I have a feeling that your employees are making up stories because they don't know how to fix the problem. Is there anyone in your company that is competent enough to fix my problem, or do I have to switch to Verizon?
