I've forgotten my password to this account, Is it possible to have my password sent to my e-mail register to my bill instaed of having to change or reset it? I try to keep the same passwords for my differant accounts and I don't want to be locked out by trying one of my other accounts password.

cannot link account to number transfered out of family plan
Hi, here is my situaiton: My cell phone number 443-xxx-xxxx was in a family plan where I was also an authorized user. Recently I wanted to leave that family plan and start my own individual plan, so I initiated a transfer of billing responsiblity (TOBR) in our family plan's account home page, to transfer my number "to myself". All thing went well, I received the email request, clicked accepting the transfering, gave the system my social and driver lincense number and it told me the transfer was successful.
So I logged out my online id (I use my phone number 443-xxx-xxxx as login id), then logged back in. However what I saw was not the account page for my new individual plan, instead what I saw was still the page for my old family plan. So I manually de-linked my family plan from my online account, wishing I could just link the individual plan account by myself. However I was not able to. Everything I tried to link my online id to my phone number, it says the combination of phone number and zip cannot be found, no matter how many possible zip codes I tried. I also tried to add my phone number as a contact number for my (now almost blank) online id. I was then being asked to input a validation 4-digit code I receivd on my cell phone as a text message. I did, and it said "we cannot find a match for the information entered, veryfi your entry and try again (DMCTN03)"
Then I tried to dial *data# on my phone, and a message was received and it did appear that my phone is now on a new data plan I desginated during the TOBR. So on the phone side, it appears the TOBR is indeed successful. However I am not able to retrieve the account information of my phone number anymore online, it almost felt like my phone number was not accessible, or not even recognized by online system at all. I chat with several customer representatives and they told me it could take some time for the TOBR to be "completely complete". So I waited 12 hours or so and still I cannot link my phone number to my online id to view the billing information.
Is there anything I can do other than keeping waiting? Thanks
How can someone fraudulently order a phone but i get no alerts about it?
I got a voice mail yesterday from ATT that there was possible fraudulent activity on my account. I called back the next day to find out orders for new phones were placed by someone against multiple numbers on my account. What I dont understand is how can someone do this without me getting any email or text message confirming the order? If I use att.com website to make any change to my account, visit the store in person, etc. I get emails and/or text messages confirming my order or any changes to my account. Seems there are some security holes in the ordering process, should I be concerned that my other personal information has been accessed? What can others do to ensure this does not happen to them too?

So i currently use an at&t phone with a cricket sim card...I was trying to sign up for an at&t account and it said invalid phone number...am i able to sign up for an at&t account even though i am with cricket???
Why can't I see text message usage detail on full site.
When looking at account usage details it says that there is no usage for texts to show on data. is there a problem?

my bill is taken out of my bank account every month for the last 4 months it has been fine my due date is the 3rd of the month of which the money is taken out... however at&t has decided to take it out on the 2nd of may... my check does not go into my account until the 3rd early in the am now i did run to the bank to cover this expense but i have 2 questions.... now 1 is at&t going to reimburse me if my bank charges me $35 for non funds as of this morning or 2 how do i make sure the auto pay will not come out until after the 3rd of the month ...awaiting your reply

I'm a first time smartphone user. I got a prepaid phone at Best Buy and had my same phone number put into this new phone. All I did was switch out phones. Now, I cannot get into my gophone account and I don't know why. Since I kept the same phone number, shouldn't I still have access to my account?
